WPS Compliance Rates Modified Following COVID-19 Changes
The Saudi Government has announced changes to WPS compliance rates due to current events surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic and following the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The WPS compliance have been modified for the following categories:
If the company has 30 employees and more then the WPS compliance must be:

If the company has 20 employees and less than 30 employees then the WPS compliance must be:

The announcement came with the note that enterprises that do not comply with the changes will face services suspensions that exclude the work permit.
