The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce has launched electronic attestation services as of November 1st 2017 through “My Business Portal”, which allows users to finalize the attestation of their documents electronically without visiting the Chamber in person. The Riyadh Chamber stopped facilitating physical document attestation from November 1st 2017.

Users can print their documents through “My Business Portal” online. However, some documents still require physical attestation, these are listed below:

• Saudization certificate
• Employment contract
• Business agreements
• Family visa form
• Other government forms

Mr. Ahmed Al Swailem, Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, Riyadh has announced the second phase of the electronic transformation of the Chamber’s services through the online portal called “My Business Portal”, to align with the initiatives adopted by the state. The Chamber has also started business documents attestation services for business sector.
