GOSI: INSURING THE FUTURE OF YOUR COMPANY
The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) launched a new portal called the Employment Contracts Authentication. The portal allows employers to upload employment contracts and authenticate them through the GOSI portal. The portal is active but is not yet mandatory.
The benefits of the service are:
- Employers have easy access to their employment contracts
- Employee’s contract information can be easily updated
- Employees are able to review their contract and ensure compliance
- Uploading documents to the system assists GOSI in assessing employee contracts for mistakes or discrepancies
Although the portal is not yet mandatory, we expect it to be in the coming month(s).
