The Saudi government has implemented an increase on custom fees, previously announced on May 27. The rates have not changed from the previous announcements, but a new release classifies the products categorically. The categories include various goods including foods, fabrics and construction materials, among others. The increase rates varied between 0.5% and 15%, and followed the decision of the Council of Ministers.
