Oxford university will train Emiratis in AI

A three year agreement between the UAE and Oxford University in the UK, will see Emirati officials, employees and students trained in artificial intelligence skills.

The agreement signed by by Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, the UAE’s Minister of State for artificial intelligence and Roger L Michel, founder and executive director of the Oxford Centre for Future Design, will see training programmes take place at the University’s campus in the UK.

The support by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and the UAE government has enabled the Centre for Future Design to expand the innovation programme which is aimed at providing a smarter and more efficient way of life, said Michel.
